A small puzzle.
A clear privacy policy.

What stays on your device
Local storage holds a randomly generated anonymous ID; daily attempts, scores and timestamps; your streak; practice quota and current practice round; and a queue of pending scores and events for network retries. Saves have a schema version. Clearing site data removes your local progress and creates a new anonymous ID on your next visit. Private browsing or blocked storage may prevent progress from surviving a refresh.
What reaches our server
Our own server receives your anonymous ID, puzzle number, best score, attempts used and whether the optional extra try was granted. It also receives first-party game events: opens, attempts, results, share button clicks, successful native shares, ad-placeholder interest, practice, membership interest and application errors.
Events include an event ID, timestamp, local calendar date, puzzle number, interface language, free membership status, mobile or desktop viewport category, and whether you arrived from a share link, another site or directly. Error reports contain a message truncated to 100 characters and a source file and line; we do not intentionally collect personal information. We do not send shapes or cut coordinates.
Why we collect it
Scores produce aggregate rankings and score distributions. Anonymous events measure sharing, next-day and seventh-day return visits, interest in an extra attempt, and application reliability. Rankings hide the percentile until at least 20 players have submitted a score. Membership interest is just a button: we collect no contact details.
Google Analytics and cookies
On gokajqqgame.com we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, to understand visits, traffic sources, countries and return visits. It automatically records page views and browser interactions such as engagement. Google receives technical information such as your page URL, referrer, browser and network address; we do not send our anonymous player ID or link our own event records to Google Analytics.
We also send the game events listed below, with the shared parameters puzzle (puzzle number), ref (share, other or direct) and viewport (mobile or desktop), where available. Boolean values become 0 or 1. We do not forward application errors, error messages, local calendar dates, shapes or cut coordinates.

When analytics storage is allowed, Google sets _ga and _ga_<ID> cookies for up to 13 months. We do not use analytics for advertising. Google Signals and ad personalization signals are disabled in our tag configuration, and advertising consent is always denied. See Google's privacy policy.
Visitors in European timezones are asked before we load the Google script. For other timezones we load it unless you have opted out; regional consent defaults deny analytics storage in the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland. If a timezone differs from your location, the regional default can still allow cookieless measurement. Timezone detection is an approximation, not a guarantee of location or legal compliance.
Analytics choices
Everyone can turn Google Analytics on or off here. Off stops loading it on this and future visits, removes its cookies and reloads an active analytics page to stop the running script. This does not delete data already received by Google. Your choice is stored as ph:v1:consent on this device.
Analytics
We do not collect email addresses, create accounts, or run real advertising or payments. The optional ad is a clearly labeled five-second placeholder. Our hosting provider necessarily handles network requests; the application does not store IP addresses or user-agent strings in its database.
Your choices
You can play with JavaScript disabled only by reading the instructions; the interactive game needs JavaScript. You may clear this site's data in your browser to reset local storage. This does not remove anonymous records already submitted to the server. There is no account or identifying contact information to reconnect those records to you. Raw anonymous telemetry has no automated expiry in this MVP; retention must be set before public launch.
